We have a minimum booking fee of $500 and require a $500 deposit should you wish to make a booking. The deposit is non-refundable if you give us less than 14 days notice of cancellation.

Long weekends are a minimum of $1000.

We ask that guests leave the house as much as possible as they found it or we reserve the right to charge an additional $60 to cover extra cleaning.

Other than your own food and drink, - sheets, pillowcases and towels. And warm clothes – being about 1000 metres above sea level, even in summer the temperature can drop quite suddenly and it is cold in the winter.

If you are interested in having a meal left for a late Friday evening arrival (save you worrying about cooking as soon as you walk through the door) please let us know and we can provide you with some sample menus for tasty home-cooked meals so you can arrive to find the table set, and a hot meal ready.

There is no mobile phone coverage so there is STD and local call access on our phone. We have an honour system in place for STD calls and would be grateful if you would pop payment into the box located near the phone. We don’t want to ask for a deposit that we hold pending arrival of our phone bill – unfortunately we have been badly stung before!
